Join Mari Lima for an invigorating and peaceful yoga experience on the beach with Saucha by Mari. Start with breath work and meditation to clear your mind, then flow through a series of asanas that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Finish with a peaceful relaxation at shavasana. This one-hour group class is the perfect way to start your day or unwind after work. Let the sound of the waves calm your mind and bring a sense of tranquility to your practice. Don’t forget your yoga mat and come enjoy the peaceful beauty of the beach with us. All levels are welcome.
